Deposit Policy

Hi there! Thanks so much for choosing Hollow’s. To ensure your spot with us and show your commitment, we ask all clients for a nonrefundable deposit.

  1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is needed to book an appointment. The amount depends on the size and complexity of your tattoo. Deposits go towards the cost of your tattoo.

  2. Nonrefundable Nature: All deposits are nonrefundable. This helps us respect and fairly compensate our artists’ time.

  3. Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll transfer your deposit to the new date. Less notice may result in losing your deposit.

  4. Cancellation: If you cancel, your deposit won’t be refunded, but we’re happy to reschedule with 48 hours’ notice.

  5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Running late? Please let us know! More than 30 minutes late without notice may result in losing your slot and deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

  6. Design Changes: Need to tweak your design? No problem! Just note that major changes less than 48 hours before your appointment might require a new deposit.

We really appreciate your understanding. This policy helps keep our studio running smoothly and ensures our artists can create amazing tattoos for you!
